At the beginning of my career, I dedicated myself to clinical psychology, treating adult patients with emotional disorders such as anxiety and depression, personality disorders, and crisis of meaning in their lives.
Today as certified coach and passionate about human change, I specialize in change of habits, the reorganization of personal experience in relation to the values and expectations of the person consulting with the consequent improvement of the quality of life.
My work focuses on evidence-based and current treatments, and I collaborate on research on the impact of technology on mental health in TechPsyLab and the Autonomous University of Madrid and I am a postgraduate professor.
